“Why am I having pelvic pain?”
I have taken several HPTs because I was 10 days late for my period. The first few were very faint positive and all the tests after that have been negative. I've been experiencing a sharp pain in both my ovaries as well. Why am I having his pain?

Given your narrative, it is uncertain the cause of your pain. At best follow with your obgyn to address this concern asap. Alternative a visit to the ER is also highly recommended.
You should see a gynecologist. There are several things in your question that could be a problem and this can’t be diagnosed without being seen.
