Pain could be a signal of an underlying problem that has not been diagnosed. You should report to your provider for evaluation and get a referral to the appropriate professional to avoid further tissue damage.
Chronic pain in an 18-year-old means there IS an injury. It may be a chronic injury. See your doctor.
That’s tough to answer, I’d have to examine you to give you a good answer. Often times eating out, poor quality not healthy food can cause chronic inflammation.
This could a case of overall inflammation. Genetics could be involved. Hard to answer but try a quality tumeric product daily as a safe way to decrease inflammation & change to a low-inflammation diet.
We'll suggest you undergo a physical and blood work checked completely even for vitamin deficiencies.
You may get some soreness from athletic participation, but it shouldn't be painful - it would be unusual to have pain without an injury unless you have an underlying undiagnosed medical condition. If you truly have pain, you may need to see your primary care physician for a work up for chronic pain.
