Why do I have pain when passing stools?

I have a strange pain when passing stools. All my tests are clear, but the pain is there. What could It be?

If there is sharp pain in the anal canal while stool is passing through, then it might be an anal fissure. Need to know exactly where the pain is. Anus? Rectum? Left lower quadrant?
If you have no anal pathology like fissures, fistula, abscess, or Crohn’s disease, then consider anorectal dyssynergia. Biofeedback may help in those cases.
