Psychiatrist Questions Hallucinations

Why do I hallucinate?

Twice in the last month, I've been hearing and seeing things that I know no one else does and it's sometimes hard to see that these are hallucinations. Why could I be hallucinating? What causes this?

Depends on background. Needs professional evaluation.
You need a psychiatrist evaluation.
That can be caused by different things: severe depression, overuse of substances, or such. Talking to a psychiatrist will help you to be formally diagnosed and treated.

Depends on what you are seeing. Schizophrenia is a mental disease that does that. Yet some people have a gift as a psychic/medium where they hear and see things others don’t. Vibrations are higher in these people. You have to decide on that one.
