“Why do I have sudden pain in my knees after a long walk?”
I have sudden pain every time I take a massive walk, but it generally subsides after I rest for a bit. It doesn't seem to happen every time I walk. What's causing it?

Usually this would be inflammation of the joint. Likely due to mild arthritic changes or if previous ligament or meniscus damage. If worse with inclines, steps then likely knee cap arthritis. Other areas then other areas of mild cartilage damage. Try stretching well before and after walk and ice if early pain. If you have tight leg muscles stretch more regularly. Good luck.
