“Why do I have yellow spots on the whites of my eyes?”
I'm 32, and I have yellow spots on the whites of both of my eyes. I'm not sure about why they're there. Should I see a doctor for this?

They are likely pinguecula, thinking of the conjunctiva of the eye because of UV light exposure. You should see a ophthalmologist.
These could be naevus or pingueculum caused by dryness and solar damage. Cosmetic surgery by laser is possible. Otherwise leave alone. Wear dark glasses to protect and hide your eyes
