Orthopedist Questions Back Pain

Why does my back ache constantly?

I'm 25 years old and male. About two years ago I started getting minor back aches in the lower portion of my back. What could be causing this, and how can I try to treat it?

There are dozens of reasons people have back pain. However, in a healthy 25-year-old, the most common reason is that your back muscles are not strong enough to withstand the stress you put on your back. Google Williams back exercises and do them every day. I bet in 1-2 months, your back doesn't hurt anymore.

Hope it helps!!

That’s tough to answer without examining you. Could be tight muscles, weak core, or structural issues. I would recommend seeing a health care provider for an opinion.
