“Why does my whole body ache?”
My neck, back, and head hurts all the time, I feel like. I'm only 22 years old, and I don't think I should be having these pains so often. I'm taking ibuprofen for it now. What could be causing my bodily pain?

A number of factors could be contributing to your wide-spread pain. I would advise any one who has not seen their primary care doctor to schedule a visit and request a physical evaluation, which may include routine blood work. A physical therapy evaluation may also help guide you to determine whether or not your pain has a musculoskeletal origin, which could then further be addressed with physical therapy treatment, home exercises, or behavioral/ lifestyle modifications.
