I am a 34 year old male. I was wondering why is adrenaline given with local anesthetic?

Adrenaline (epinephrine) is sometimes admixed with local anesthetics to prolong their duration of action.
There are many advantages of adding adrenaline to local anesthetic.First it reduces the systemic toxicity,increases duration of action of local anesthetic and less bleeding at the site as it constricts the blood vessels.
Adrenaline, or epinephrine, causes blood vessels to narrow reducing blood flow to the area of injection so the local anesthetic stays around longer.

It causes vasoconstriction, subsequently decreasing the rate of vascular upstate and consequently prolonging the action of the anesthetic.
To increase the time. Could be twice the normal time with epinephrine. Also to decrease the risk of bleeding.
