Orthopaedic Surgeon Questions Collarbone Injuries

Why is my collar bone raised above my shoulder?

I'm 22, and I noticed that my collar bone seems raised above my should and is limiting most of my arm movements. What should I do?

If you suddenly noticed that your collarbone is the formed and now it’s limiting your motion you should see an orthopedic surgeon and have an x-ray done and be fully evaluated.
This is typically related to an acromioclavicular separation or sprain of the joint at the end of the clavicle. If it continues to give you trouble, have it X-rayed and see an orthopedic surgeon.
Good luck!
