Why is my right eye twitching?

I am a 26 year old female. I have eye twitching at least once a day. Why is my right eye twitching?

Eyelid twitches or spasms are usually caused by stress, fatigue or caffeine. They usually go away without treatment in a few days or weeks. If they are not improving, a complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed.
Fatigue, mental or physical, And stress are the common causes of spontaneous twitching of eyelid in healthy patients. Depending on the actual examination, further neurological work up is usually not required.
Most causes are allergies or decrease potassium. Take OTC allergy pills and eat some bananas. To help twitching put cold wash cloth over twitching eye
Could be from excess caffeine, too much stress, or lack of sleep.
It could be a sensitive nerve or an local irritation in your eyes. Caffeine also may cause this.
