Depends, Are you being treated for your Periodontal disease? Periodontal disease is a leading cause of tooth loss. So yeah, it's definitely possible.
You may lose your teeth if you do not get treatment.
If periodontal disease is not treated, you will eventually lose teeth.

Yes is the quick answer. However, this assumes you will do nothing about it. Depending on the diagnosis, cause and treatment it could be possible to save your teeth but you have to go to a dentist that is qualified in those things.
If you have active periodontal disease and do not aggressively have it treated and improve your home are 100%, it is very likely you will lose your teeth. There are also contributing factors such as smoking. Trying to successfully treat periodontal disease on an active smoker is almost impossible.
Yes you will lose your teeth if you do not treat them. Periodontal disease is the progressive loss of bone and attachment to the teeth. Many patients lose beautiful teeth with no cavities due to the fact that they ignore their deteriorating gum tissue (bone and gums). There is no cure for periodontal disease, however, the treatment for it can slow the process down to where we can keep the progression at bay. Seek your dentist as soon as possible to have the treatment started and then maintained.
