“Will allergy shots prevent an allergic reaction completely?”
I am a 29-year-old male and I have a severe seasonal allergy. If I get allergy shots, will there prevent me from getting allergic reactions?

Allergen immunotherapy is a very effective long term approach to inhalant allergies. It does have some risk so I would advise you have a consultation with an allergist to determine if that is the right approach in your case.
The answer is yes. Or possibly yes. Allergy shots do work for the majority of allergy patients. There are several variables which can increase the efficacy of your allergy shots.
