Will massage help my arm pain?

I've been dealing with arm pain for 3 months and it's getting worse. Can a massage help me with it?

Need more info. See you doctor, if you haven’t done so (again). You need to know the source. It may be important to seek physical therapy, occupational therapy, acupuncture…..
You should be evaluated by a fully licensed doctor (DO or MD) to make sure there is nothing serious going on.
Responses to massage therapy can be highly variable, it depends on the skill level and technique of the therapist which can be highly variable. Osteopathic Treatment requires minimum 5-8 years of training in a medical setting, and in my experience has a much better chance of improving symptoms that conventional medicine does not have great treatments for.
It very well possibly could.
Depending on why its' hurting yes. If it's an acute pain, massage can further irritate it. If not, massage can benefit. Make sure you talk with your massage therapist on pain level and where it hurts. But yes, massage could help.
