The lack of a warning label
Thousands of women are claiming that they developed ovarian cancer after they had been using talcum-based products regularly for a prolonged period of time. As a result, they were "subjected to undue pain and suffering." The plaintiffs state that if a warning had been available on the packaging of the products, these women would not have had to suffer.
