With over 35 years of experience in medical practice, Dr. Tracy is a board-certified allergist and immunologist who can be found on staff at Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Associates in Omaha, Nebraska. For the purpose of advancing his efforts, the doctor remains a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Nebraska Medical Association, the Society of Air Force Physicians, and the Society of Military Allergists. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians.
After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland – College Park, Dr. Tracy went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine in 1984. Thereafter, he completed a rotating internship at Osteopathic Hospital of Maine, followed by a residency in pediatrics at the David Grant USAF Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California, where he served as Chief Resident of Pediatrics from 1987 until 1988. He also completed a fellowship in allergy and immunology at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas from 1991 until 1993.
The doctor is board-certified through the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, which establishes qualifications and examines physicians to become recognized specialists in allergy and immunology. Moreover, he is board-certified through the American Board of Pediatrics, an independent, nonprofit organization whose certification is recognized throughout the world as a credential signifying a high level of physician competence.
Among his many accomplishments, he has earned the Meritorious Service Medal for Distinguished Service at Grand Forks Air Force Base in 1991, the Air Force Commendation Medal in 1995, and Travel Grant Awards, among many others. He is also Chairman of the Archbishops Committee for Development, a member of the Finance Committee at St. Matthew’s Parish, a delegate of the Nebraska Medical Association, as well as serves on the Board of Trustees of the Allergy Research Trust Fund of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
