About

Hi there, I am a board-certified psychiatrist practicing telehealth in Colorado. I practice both psychopharmacology and coaching for the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, difficult life transitions, and women's health issues. I take a holistic approach when it comes to treatment, using a variety of treatment options to help you feel better and live more fully.

I believe that each person is unique and complex and has their own set of strengths, as well as challenges. I will tailor treatment that will be specific to your needs, which may include lifestyle modifications, coaching, medications, mindfulness-based techniques, and/or psychotherapy. Together we will work as a team to help you reach your goals.

My practice involves more than treating symptoms. My primary goal is for you to be seen and heard. I believe that healing occurs in an understanding, trusting relationship.
