Julie MacArthur, MA, LLP is a Limited Licensed Psychologist serving clients in the Muskegon area since 1992. She has a Masters Degree in Psychology and a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. She provides psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults. Julie works with individuals who have experienced issues related to: grief and loss, trauma, disordered eating issues, parenting struggles, childhood anxiety and depression, and adult anxiety and depression.

 

Julie is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). EMDR is an evidence based therapy utilized to increase tools to support a client in healing from traumatic, anxious, depressive experiences. EMDR is a resource Julie utilizes with many of her clients.

 

Due to COVID 19, Julie is also working with clients virtually and in person. 

 

Julie is supervised by licensed psychologist, Amy Borgman, Ph.D.
