An excellent psychiatrist, Dr. Bulgin is affiliated with the Bipolar Clinic and Research Program at Massachusetts General Hospital.

The Bipolar Clinic and Research Program at Massachusetts General Hospital provides ongoing treatment to adult patients with bipolar disorder, including medication treatment and psychosocial or “talk” therapy where appropriate.

Graduating with his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2005, Dr. Bulgin went on to further his training by completing the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Program in 2010.

Subsequent to his education, the doctor attained board certification in psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.
