With a broad educational background, Dr. Berjaoui earned his Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University in 2010. He then went on to attend medical school at St. George’s University, graduating with his medical degree in 2016. Wanting to further his knowledge, he completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine -Tucson (South Campus) in 2019. 

“I chose South Campus FM residency for its unique focus on rural medicine, global health tract, integrative medicine tract, and the opportunity of working in a community hospital in an academic setting and providing service to the underserved. Most importantly, meeting the residents and faculty confirmed my decision to want to come to this program” as stated by the doctor. 

A member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Student Association, Dr. Berjaoui has managed numerous clinical research trials, presented at educational conferences, and has been awarded the “Faculty Undergraduate Student Research Award”. In addition, he has earned sub-specialty certifications in global health and integrative medicine. 

Family medicine is a medical specialty devoted to comprehensive health care for people of all ages. The specialist is called a family physician or family doctor.
