Get to know Interventional Pain Management Specialist Dr. Dane C. Pohlman, who serves patients throughout the State of Florida.

A double board-certified interventional pain management specialist, Dr. Pohlman is the Founder of Pohlman Pain Associates LLC, with office locations in Coral Springs and Delray Beach, Florida.

At Pohlman Pain Associates LLC, he takes a comprehensive approach to pain management, staying true to the founding philosophy of physiatry: that of restoring and maximizing both function and quality of life. His training has prepared him to accomplish this by making use of innovative interventional techniques for spine care, peripheral joint disease, and chronic pain.

Regarding his educational background, Dr. Pohlman earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Missouri and did a transitional year internship at St. Luke Des Peres Hospital. He then completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, before completing an ACGME-accredited fellowship in pain medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, the University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine, in New York City.

Following his training, the doctor attained board certification in interventional pain management and physical medicine & rehabilitation through the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, which is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the treatment of patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
