Stay away from Maria. Below is what I sent her. Never, ever have I been treated like this by a doctor. Run far away from Maria! Maria, As per our appointment today, I will be dropping you and switching to another doctor. The reason for this is: A.) You treat patients like they are cattle B.) You never fulfill your time for the appointment. If the appointment is for 40 mins, I expect an appointment for 40 mins, not 15-20 mins like you provided on our only two appointments. I am there early and on time, you should be as well, and if you're not, then you don't need to take away allotted time for patients due to you running behind. You stated to me the 40 mins appointment window is from the start of my appointment time, regardless if you're running behind, and does not start the moment when you walk into the room, which the front desk, the lab, and your boss stated is not true. If you're running behind by 30 mins, does that mean I only get 10 mins due to you running behind? I asked the same questions to those parties I mentioned and they stated I should still be provided the time my appointment was booked for. I urge you to correct your actions as it's counterproductive to a patient seeking appropriate time and diagnosis from a doctor. Best, J
