Dr. David Isaacs is a Board-Certified and Dual-Fellowship trained Oculo-Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon practicing in Los Angeles, CA. He specializes in treating aesthetic and functional conditions of the face and eyelids. Dr. Isaacs graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He completed surgical training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and New York Med, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Isaacs then returned to UCLA to train at a world-renowned top ranked fellowship in Oculo-Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He continued his training with a second fellowship in facial plastic, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Isaacs is one of the few surgeons in the country to complete both the UCLA ASOPRS fellowship and a facial plastic surgery fellowship. He also specializes in revision rhinoplasty, facelift, and eyelid surgery. Excellence in patient care and teaching are important to Dr. Isaacs, as he has maintained both private and academic practices. He is a Clinical Staff Attending at UCLA and Cedars-Sinai, and held two departmental faculty appointments as an Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University. Dr. Isaacs also spends time teaching other doctors, including residents and fellows. Dr. Isaacs serves as both a director and instructor for several Annual Meeting Academy courses, teaching other surgeons from around the nation and internationally. Some of the courses he teaches include facelift and neck lift surgery, fat grafting, and volume restoration. Dr. Isaacs has both reviewed and written medical literature, research articles, and book chapters, and has delivered numerous invited lectures at many national and international academic meetings. Dr. Isaacs strives for innovation, new paradigms in the management of complex problems, and developing more advanced surgical techniques. He believes that a natural appearance is the goal of every cosmetic procedure.
