As a board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Serotoff provides family-oriented pediatric services and comprehensive well-care to children at Cohen Children’s Northwell Health Physician Partners General Pediatrics at Islandia. The practice is a part of Northwell Health, which is New York’s largest healthcare provider.

The doctor is also affiliated with several hospitals and medical centers in the area, including Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Southside Hospital, and Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children’s Medical Center of New York. She serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of The Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in East Garden City, New York.

A 1980 graduate of the SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, Dr. Serotoff went on to complete her internship at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Nassau University Medical Center, followed by an additional residency in pediatrics at NYU Winthrop Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. 

A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, she is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics, which is an independent, nonprofit organization whose certification is recognized throughout the world as a credential signifying a high level of physician competence. 

Pediatrics is the branch of medicine that involves the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. As a pediatrician, Dr. Serotoff examines, diagnoses, and treats children of all ages with a wide variety of injuries and illnesses. She understands that children change rapidly and they must be approached with an appreciation for their stage of physical and mental development.
