Ratchnee France received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1986 from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, followed by her Medical Degree in 2002 from the Saba University School of Medicine in the Caribbean Netherlands.Thereafter, she completed her residency in foot and ankle surgery at the Greene Memorial Hospital, as well as an internship at the University of New Mexico in family practice. Wanting to further her education, she went on to complete a family practice residency at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center – affiliated with the University of New Mexico. Dr. France is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She remains a distinguished member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. France is an established Family Practitioner who has been practicing for over 30 years and is currently serving patients within Rice Medical Center in Rice, Texas; Texas General Hospital in Grand Prairie, Texas; and Sierra Vista Hospital in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
