Having been in practice for over three decades, Dr. Sanjeev graduated with his medical degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in India in 1994. After relocating to the United States, he furthered his education with a residency in internal medicine at Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center in 2001. 

Among his most notable achievements, he is the author of Anastomosis, a collection of 50 inspirational poems. Every poem has a positive meaning, through which Dr. Sanjeev hopes to connect his readers with positive thoughts and real life experience. It is his hope that his book will bring some sense of hope and happiness during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping individuals get over anxiety and frustrations.
