Celebrating Decades of Service at Bayside Pediatrics and Prominent Teaching Positions

Dr. Vanessa R. Victor-Linkenhoker has been a pillar in the medical community, serving as a board certified pediatrician, esteemed educator, and prolific author. Since 1996, she has been dedicated to providing compassionate care to families at Bayside Pediatrics in Bradenton, Florida.

With a passion for education, Dr. Victor-Linkenhoker has taken on significant teaching roles throughout her career. Since August 2014, she has served as a Professor of Pediatrics for Manatee Memorial Hospital’s Family Medicine Residency Program, imparting her knowledge and expertise to the next generation of medical professionals. She also holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Pediatrics at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine – Bradenton Campus, further solidifying her commitment to shaping the future of healthcare.

A 1990 graduate of the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences, Dr. Victor-Linkenhoker completed her residency in pediatrics with the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium from 1990 to 1993. She is recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP) and holds Diplomate status with both the American Board of Pediatrics and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, showcasing her dedication to excellence in pediatric care.

Dr. Victor-Linkenhoker’s contributions extend beyond the clinic and classroom, as she has made a significant impact in the realm of medical literature. Her authorship portfolio includes peer-reviewed articles in reputable publications such as Pediatrics in Review and the American Journal of Case Reports. Additionally, she is a contributing writer for Best Version Media, with her insightful articles featured in various community magazines such as Neighbors of Palma Sola Bay, Neighbors of the Ranch, and Neighbors of Valencia Lakes. In December 2023, Dr. Victor-Linkenhoker further demonstrated her expertise by publishing a book titled “12 lbs. of Fudge: Weight Loss and Management as Nature Intended”.
