A 1980 graduate of the School of Medicine at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico, Dr. Kulper relocated to the United States to further his training. Once there, he performed his residency in internal medicine at Akron General Medical Center from 1982 until 1985.
With over 40 years of experience, the doctor is an active member of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society & the Canadian Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Association.
