Dr. William Bose is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon practicing in Mobile, AL, with 25 years of experience in treatment of conditions of the hip, shoulder and of the knee. As long as you do not have a structural deformity in your spine, you can improve your posture. Posture is mostly a mental training thing that you have to remember/train yourself to keep your back straight.
