That is correct. The quality of sunglass lenses vary. Anything under $50 probably have poor quality optics and or UV protection. Best quality are usually around $200 or more. I am experiencing eye strain from overusing computers. What to do?
Taking scheduled breaks from the computer is important. There is a 20-20-20 rule which means every 20 minutes look away at 20 feet for 20 seconds. Also I recommend getting computer glasses for anyone using the computer more than 3-4 hours a day. Computer glasses have a prescription customized for your eyes to alleviate eye strain and help focus while using the computer. You would need to go to your eye doctor for the prescription. READ MORE

My recommendation is to have your son evaluated by an optometrist to determine if he really is color defective. Since he is only 3 he may not know all the colors by name and maynot be color defective. READ MORE
