Hello, Healthy diet is a foundation for not only brain health but whole body health and wellness. I recommend healthy whole food, plant based / Mediterranean diet to help with optimal nutritional intake as well as anti-inflammatory benefits. Supplementing with Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Antioxidants such as Vit C, and B vitamins may also help reduce inflammation and protect brain cells from damage and cognitive decline.
