He graduated from Washington University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biochemistry and Philosophy, demonstrating a unique blend of scientific and ethical understanding. He continued his education at Washington University School of Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree in 1993. Following his medical training, Dr. Carbone served as Chief Resident at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis in 1999 before completing a prestigious Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Neurourology, Urodynamics, and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine.
