Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Lovelock received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and attended medical school at the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Chicago and his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Emory University. He completed an additional 2-year fellowship in electrophysiology at the same educational venue.
Passionate about his profession, the doctor is board-certified in cardiovascular disease, cardiac electrophysiology, and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
