Dr. James Lynott is a board certified dermatologist and ASMS trained Mohs surgeon whose professional areas of interest include skin cancer detection and treatment, acne treatments to minimize scarring, and treatments of rosacea, eczema and atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, vitiligo, warts, molluscum, skin allergies, and rashes.

At Forefront Dermatology, Dr. Lynott serves patients at the Racine and Oak Creek offices in Wisconsin. His expertise extends to various medical facilities, including All Saints Hospital, Kenosha Memorial Hospital, Saint Catherine’s Hospital, and Wheaton Franciscan-All Saints, where he is highly regarded for his exceptional patient care and clinical skills.

He completed his residency in internal medicine at Ravenswood Hospital and Medical Center, followed by a residency in dermatology at Chicago Medical Center. Additionally, he received specialized Mohs training from the American Society for Mohs Surgery in California.

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Lynott remains actively involved in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Dermatology (Fellow), the American Society for Mohs Surgery, and the National Psoriasis Foundation. His commitment to excellence and patient care has earned him recognition, including the prestigious Adolf Rostenberg, Junior Award.
