I have a question about the scrotum u/s doppler?
It sounds like a very strange way of describing a varicoclele, dilated and tortuous veins. 10% of men have them. more common in taller and thinner men. There is a small chance that they can harm sperm production, and occasionally can be painful. Follow up with the doctor who ordered the test and she should be able to help you better with them. At least that is my read, though its an unclear report. READ MORE

Blood in urine?
I am assuming you are also seeing blood in urine since its in the title of your question. In a 25 year old, the most common reason to have left sided severe pain, feeling ill (nausea) and having blood in your urine is a kidney stone. If its down close to your bladder, it can also make you go frequently. An x-ray can some times show the stone, as well as a ct scan, and you can be counseled on best options. your doctor will run addition urine tests on you and possibly an ultrasound. If your pain is very strong, you should seek medical care immediately. READ MORE

Discuss with your doctor, but after a turp, you should be able to stop both your flomax and proscar.
