Innovative Imaging Associates, PLLC is a diagnostic and interventional radiology group founded in Tampa Bay, Florida on December 2018 by six top-notch radiologists: Dr. George Antaki, Dr. David Huang, Dr. Gus Mitsopolous, Dr. Hugo Montes, Dr. Bryant Thorpe, and Dr. Bret Neiderman. The practice operates within the Department of Radiology at Oak Hill Hospital, an ACR-accredited facility, providing emergency radiology, inpatient and outpatient imaging, diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, women’s imaging, and teleradiology. 

A graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine, Dr. Thorpe went on to complete his internship and residency at the Hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven, Connecticut. Thereafter, he completed his fellowship in vascular/interventional radiology at the Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute. 

With over two decades of experience in his field, he is affiliated with many hospitals and medical centers within the state of Florida, including Brandon Regional Hospital, Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center, Largo Medical Center, Medical Center of Trinity, and South Bay Hospital. 

Furthermore, the doctor is board-certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology, which is a not-for-profit physician-led organization that oversees the certification and ongoing professional development of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.
