Dr. Carrie Niemann began her career with undergraduate training at Miami University and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University in 1998. There she received the prestigious James Marquard Award for Humanity in Dentistry and the Public Health Dentistry award. Dr. Niemann is a member in good standing of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, South Carolina Dental Association, and Coastal District Dental Society. She is committed to maintaining excellence and frequently attends continuing education courses and trains regularly with the Pankey Institute to further advance her knowledge and skill. She includes the latest in dental technologies such as digital (computerized) x-rays, air abrasion (drill-free) tooth colored fillings and laser cavity detection. Her particular areas of interest are pain-free dental procedures, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. Dr. Niemann is firmly committed to providing kindness, humanity and understanding in her practice. She strives to give a comfortable and stress-free experience to all her patients. She is the proud mother of one beautiful daughter who she loves to spend time with when not in the office. Dr.Niemann treats patients of all ages and especially enjoys seeing families.
