Prior to establishing her private practice in September, 2016, she was working for 6 years within the Endocrine Division at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, covering inpatient consultations primarily for diabetes (including glycemic control for kidney/pancreas transplant patients), thyroid, adrenal insufficiency, hyper or hypocalcemia, and other endocrine emergencies.
A native of India, Dr. Kaul graduated with her medical degree from the Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College in 2001. After relocating to the United States, she completed her residency in internal medicine at Temple University Hospital in 2007. She then completed her research fellowship in endocrinology at University of Pennsylvania in 2008 and co-authored a few publications, before completing her fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes & metabolism at Penn State University in 2010.
Passionate about her profession, the doctor is board-certified in endocrinology, diabetes & metabolism, and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
