In regards to his educational background, Dr. Gor graduated with a higher secondary certificate from Chauhan Institute of Science in 1989, and his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai in India in 1995.
Going about his training, he performed residencies at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital (LTMG), Bombay (1996 – 1997); the University of Tennessee Medical Center (2000); and the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (2001 – 2004). He then completed his fellowship in neuroradiology at the Hospital of Pennsylvania (2005 – 2006), and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2018.
With over three decades of experience, the doctor is board-certified in both diagnostic radiology and neuroradiology by the American Board of Radiology, which oversees the certification and ongoing professional development of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.
On a professional level, Dr. Gor is an active member of the Pennsylvania Radiological Society (on the Board of Trustees), the American College of Radiology, the American Society of Neuroradiology, and the Radiological Society of North America.
In addition, he is a part of Unified Radiology, which has assembled a board of radiologists and executives from some of the largest, most successful radiology practices in the country.

Neuroradiology is a subspecialty of radiology focusing on the diagnosis and characterization of abnormalities of the central and peripheral nervous system, spine, and head and neck using neuroimaging techniques. Neuroradiologists are doctors who focus on diagnosing conditions of the spine, neck, head, and central nervous system. They use medical equipment, such as computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging machines, to identify problems.
