In Dallas, Dr. Bazaldua graduated with his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1992. He then went on to perform his residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 1995.

With over three decades of experience in the medical field, he is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Continuously advancing his efforts, Dr. Bazaldua is an active member of the American College of Physicians. It is a national organization of internists, who specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of adults.
