  • After a fall I have not been able to walk comfortably. Why?

    Many times after a fall, a muscle may be torn or ligament injured or tendon inflamed. That can lead to pain or uncomfortable walking pattern. Also, one’s gait can become uncomfortable because your alignment or kinetics are incorrect or altered. Finally, a fracture, arthritis, and stenosis should be evaluated for.
