A Charleston native, Dr. Botelho graduated with honors from the College of Charleston in 1996. She then pursued her medical education at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine, where she earned her Doctoral Degree in 2001.
Following the completion of her internship and residency in internal medicine at Greenville Memorial Hospital, Dr. Botelho returned to Charleston, where she now resides with her family.
