Since 2012, NYU Langone Ambulatory Care Lake Success has grown into a centralized medical destination offering the community multispecialty care for all stages of life. Regarding her educational background, Dr. Brancato earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in 1984. She then went on to complete her residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center in 1987, followed by her fellowship in rheumatology at New York University Medical Center in 1989.
A Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP) and a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology (FACR), she is board-certified in rheumatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
Alongside her clinical position, Dr. Brancato holds a faculty position at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, where she is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine.
Furthermore, she holds privileges at NYU Langone Hospital — Long Island, NYU Langone Orthopedic Center, and Joan H. Tisch Center for Women’s Health.
