Get to know Pediatrician Dr. Nickolas Elias Dawlabani, who serves the population of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Dr. Dawlabani currently practices with the St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children and the St. Chris Onsite Pediatrics Partners. Dr. Dawlabani is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Additionally, he is a Certified Physician Executive for the American Association for Physician Leaders. A leader in pediatric care since 1875, St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children’s nationally recognized programs and pediatric specialists provide exceptional care to children from throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and around the world. Additionally, he is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics with the Drexel College of Medicine. He is affiliated with the Shore Medical Center and holds an expertise in Pediatrics, Medical/Surgical, and Hospital Medicine. Drexel University College of Medicine mission is to excels and innovate in education, research, and delivery of compassionate care in our culture of diversity, spirited inquiry, collaboration, and opportunity. To stay up to date in his field he remains a professional member of the Academic Pediatric Association, American Pediatric Program Directors, American Medical Association, American College of Physician Executives, and the American College of Healthcare Executives and has been inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Dawlabani completed his undergraduate degree from Rider University in 2000 where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. Furthering his education he graduated with his Medical Degree from Ross University College of Medicine in 2004, giving him over a decade of experience in his field. After obtaining his Medical Degree he completed his General Pediatrics Residency with the St. Peters University Hospital. Furthering his training he then completed his Primary Care Faculty Development Fellowship with the St. Peters University Hospital. Pediatrics is the branch of medicine dealing with the health and medical care of infants, children, and adolescents from birth up to the age of 18. A pediatrician is a children’s physician who provides medical care to children who are acutely or chronically ill, as well as preventive health services to healthy children. They manage the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the children under their care at every stage of development, in both sickness and health. Dr. Dawlabani attributes his professional success to his hard work and perseverance. When he is not working he enjoys soccer and traveling.
