How is redness of the eyes treated?
Sounds like you have an allergy and probably a little secondary dry eye. I'd have to see the eye for a final assessment and diagnosis, but if you haven't tried an over-the-counter allergy drop (alaway or zaditor), oral medication (zyrtec, etc.) and an artificial tear to help clear the allergic particulates from the eyes. If it worsens, you may beed professional assistance to managed the condition. READ MORE
Why do my eyes feel very tired after wearing glasses?
The prescription can be the culprit; sometimes a slight distance Rx in minus can be missed if the doc failed to check the rx after dilation and you may require a near plus power, and the alignment of your eyes can be affected with an Rx. So, that could be checked. Or you can have an underlying accommodative issue. READ MORE

Left eye starts watering when I see bright light. Why is it?
While I can appreciate that you do not have specs, your eyes are dynamic and subject to change. That's why we recommend yearly eye exams with refractions as it is important to check vision as well as ocular health complete with dilation. That being said, light sensitivity usually can be related to uncorrected refractive error or spasm of the accommodative system. If you have light/blue eyes, you are already a little sensitive in bright light. A more in-depth eval could uncover multiple reasons. READ MORE
I am getting headache due to eye power. How to manage?
Unfortunately, the Rx could be too strong and the HA is being induced because you may have an underlying accommodative spasm and/or binocular vision issue. Sometimes if the doctor fails to see these signs during the refraction they can pull the trigger on an rx and ultimately, I would want to recheck is after dilation. Some Rxs can induce a different eye alignment/posture as well that can be straining. I would reevaluate your rx after a dilation as well as check your ocular alignment. READ MORE
Why are my eyes so sensitive to light?
You may have a lot of light sensitivity due to uncorrected refractive error (ex: uncorrected astigmatism). Also, blue or lighter eyes have a high sensitivity when transitioning from inside light to outside. Have you had an exam in a while? There are other outlier differentials as well. READ MORE
What are the treatment options for floaters?
There are some laser surgery options but it comes with a risk and not all doctors will opt for them. Surgery may not remove all the floaters, and new floaters can develop after surgery. Risks include bleeding and retinal tears. The goal is to break them up and make them less noticeable. Usually they have to be pretty significant and impacting the quality of life. your brain still may learn to ignore them filter it out of the image your processing and/or gravity plays a role in keeping them down.
