Top chiropractor Dr. Fontanarosa opened Fontanarosa Chiropractic Wellness Center in Hawthorne, New Jersey in 1995. Since then, he has become the leading alternative healthcare provider in Passaic County, treating thousands of patients and their families, including many police and correction officers, from both New Jersey and New York.

After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology in 1991, Dr. Fontanarosa went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National College of Chiropractic in 1993. Paired with his experience, he has many certifications and honors, including PBA physician, PBA Silver Card recipient, certified massage therapist, certified fitness trainer, certified strength and conditioning specialist, and treating physician for the Local #197 weightlifting team. In addition, he holds certifications in strain / counterstrain, positional release therapy, and chiropractic record keeping, ICD-10, documentation and compliance & risk management.

Focusing on comprehensive wellness that allows the body to heal itself, Dr. Fontanarosa attributes his success to patient accessibility, with his practice being open six days per week. He truly cares about his patients, remaining honest in his approach to medicine and dedicated to his myofascial work.

In order to stay up to date in his field, he remains a member of several professional organizations, including the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors, the Passaic County Police Chiefs Association, and The New Jersey Police Honor Legion.

Outside of the office, Dr. Fontanarosa enjoys working out, spending time with his dogs, participating in water sports, and vacationing.
