Dr. Vanderslice is a seasoned anesthesiologist and pain management specialist who welcomes patients at his private practice, Aesthetic Anesthesiology LLC, located in New York City, New York. 

Dr. Vanderslice earned his medical degree in 1983 at the School of Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Shreveport in Shreveport, Louisiana. He then continued with an internship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas (1983 – 1984), and a residency in psychiatry at the University of North Carolina Hospitals (1984 – 1987). Dr. Vanderslice then continued with an anesthesiology residency conducted at Duke University Hospital (1987 – 1989) and a pain medicine fellowship performed at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (1989 – 1990). 

Subsequent to his education, the doctor attained board certification in anesthesiology and the subspeciality of pain medicine through the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is licensed to practice in the states of New York and California.
