Get to know Internist Dr. Ali Khazaeizadeh, who serves patients in Newport Beach, California, and all over the nation virtually.

Dr. Khazaeizadeh is a dedicated and caring internist working with patients at his private practice – Vital Urgent Care – in Newport Beach, California, also providing telemedicine service throughout the United States via Sick app (Sick.Org).  He has extensive experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, primary care, and telehealth. 

A native of Iran, he graduated with his medical degree from the Shiraz (Pahlavi) University of Medical Sciences. Upon relocating to the United States, he completed his residency in internal medicine at the Yale-New Haven Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital, and VA West Haven Hospital.

Passionate about his profession, the doctor is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

As for his academic appointments, Dr. Khazaeizadeh serves as an Associate Professor of Medicine at St. Luke’s University School of Medicine, St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine, and Volunteer Clinical Faculty at UCI School of Medicine, Internal Medicine Department.

In addition, he is a published author and contributor to several best-selling books for United States Medical Licensing Examinations (USMLE), including “First Aid for the USMLE Series” and “Underground Clinical Vignette Series”.

Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Physicians specializing in internal medicine are called internists. They manage and prevent common and complex diseases by providing comprehensive care and promoting overall well-being, also he was heavily involved with Covid testing, vaccination and management of post COVID conditions.
