A thoughtful and empathetic psychiatrist, Dr. Krause is the Founder of Healthy Body, Healthy Mind in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is devoted to providing quality comprehensive psychiatric services and delivering excellent high quality health care.  

Her approach to each patient is unique and individualized, just as her patients’ present with a set of diverse and individual symptoms. She allows the time necessary to discover the root cause of a patient’s symptom (s) and by doing so, she is able to provide symptom reduction in addition to overall greater health and well-being.

Working with a wide range of emotional conditions as well as physical conditions, she treats conditions such as depression and anxiety, bipolar disorder, work and career issues, stress management, addiction & recovery, anxiety and panic disorders, adult ADHD, relationship issues, social anxiety, PMS/PMDD, insomnia, and weight concerns.

Receiving a degree in psychology from Purdue university, Dr. Krause went on to obtain her medical degree from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed a four-year residency in psychiatry at the Indiana University School of Medicine.

A member of the American Psychiatric Association, she is board-certified in psychiatry by the American Osteopathic Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (AOBPN). The AOBPN is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DOs) who specialize in disorders of the nervous system (neurologists) and to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders (psychiatrists).
