Psychiatry is the medical specialty devoted to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of mental disorders. These include various maladaptations related to mood, behavior, cognition, and perceptions. Psychiatrists evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. They conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medication, and evaluate treatment results.
As she continues to grow in her professional career, Dr. Singh has made music a priority and visits India every 2-3 months. She performs professionally, records, and has released multiple singles and albums. She got married in 2014 and has two children, a son and a daughter.
Although she is busy, she feels blessed because she has so many people around her who are a support system and could not be where she is without them. It is the quest for knowledge, along with the love to heal, whether it be in medicine or music, which keeps her going. It is also the art of balance that she had to learn over time which has helped.
